I Had an Excellent Experience
I had an excellent experience. The gentleman I dealt with was polite engaging and extremely helpful. Didn’t try to push anything on me explained everything thing perfectly and answered my questions thoroughly. I feel confident I have the right policy for my needs and am very pleased with the price.

Customer service was exemplary
Customer service was exemplary. Becky was very polite and patient and clearly explained item by item and the various options available. Our new home insurance policy was immediately emailed to us in full and was live within 8 hours. The whole process including payment arrangements was straight forward and user friendly. Good value.
