Customer service was exemplary. Becky was very polite and patient and clearly explained item by item and the various options available. Our new home insurance policy was immediately emailed to us in full and was live within 8 hours. The whole process including payment arrangements was straight forward and user friendly. Good value.

It was a pleasure to actually speak to someone about home insurance as online experience is not always the best especially as you get older. We were treated respectfully and professionally by Kim who helped us get a much cheaper home insurance policy.
