Almost all of the renewal form was automatically filled in with the required details. Acknowledgement of the payment made and the confirmation of the renewal of the insurance was done immediately.

Excellent knowledge of the product, asked all the right questions. I wasn't pressured at any time to take up the policy, I was allowed to add or refuse any suggestions. A really good experience. Well done.

Customer service is first class
Customer service is just out of this world particularly for an insurance company. You can really trust these guys they are well informed and will go above and beyond for you, at least in my case. I couldn’t commend Becky and Connor enough. Absolute asset to the company.
