Women in Finance Charter
We’re dedicated to promoting gender equality within financial services. As signatories of the Women in Finance Charter, we’ve set an ambitious target of 50% (+/-10%) female representation in our senior roles. As of September 2024, women hold 30.6% of these positions, up from 28.6% when we first joined the charter.
Mental Health First Aiders
We’re building a culture where mental wellbeing is a shared priority. Our trained Mental Health First Aiders serve as approachable, trustworthy contacts for colleagues in need of support. They offer a safe space to talk, guidance on next steps, and advocate for positive mental health practices across the business—reducing stigma and encouraging openness.
Mortgage Mental Health Charter
The MIMHC aims to provide support to all UK firms operating within the mortgage sector. We’ve committed to 6 governing rules which apply Best Practice Health and Wellbeing guidelines, known as ‘The MIMHC Charter’.
