For customers who require braille or large print documents
We can send all of our insurance documents and communications in braille or large print. Let us know if you would like your documents sending in this way.
Text to talk
For customers who have difficulties with hearing or speech we can make and receive calls using Text to Talk services or Relay UK.

Nominate someone to speak for you
If you’d prefer to have a family member or friend speak to us about your policy then we’re more than happy for that to happen. Just send an email to enquiries@uinsure.co.uk with the person’s name, date of birth and their relationship to you or let us know over the phone. We’ll then keep a record so your nominated person can always speak to us moving forwards.
